Within a nursing center, the Medical Records Clerk provides daily medical records management, including document collection, technical validation and records maintenance to ensure compliance with Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) and other regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

Must possess a minimum of a high school degree or equivalent. Experience in claims, billing and medical records is preferred. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communications skills. Word and Excel knowledge are required. Google Sheets and Docs experience preferred.
