What You’ll Do Assist healthcare providers with onboarding and maintaining the EHR. Offer top-notch customer service over the phone, chat, and email to help providers navigate technical challenges. Troubleshoot various IT issues, including hardware, software, telecommunications, and connectivity. Proactively identify ways to improve our customers’ experience and introduce them to additional services that can help. Be a problem solver for medical professionals. When their tech works, they can focus on saving lives. Stay updated on technology trends that can make healthcare better for everyone. What We’re Looking For At least three years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or a clinically integrated setting. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience). Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable explaining technical issues to non-technical people. You’re a team player who loves problem-solving and can stay calm under pressure. A commitment to learning, growing, and making a difference in marginalized communities. Physical Requirements You’re comfortable sitting at a desk for long periods. Able to lift up to 15 pounds. Extra Skills We Value Experience with Medical Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems like EPICare or Athenahealth. IT infrastructure management experience.
