We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Desk Coordinator with a heart to serve people to oversee the daily operations of our front desk. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors while maintaining efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, and the desire to work as a supportive member of a team. Duties Patient intake completing all necessary documentation for chart preparation and insurance and data verification. Manage patient scheduling, ensuring appointments are booked accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication regarding patient needs. Ensure the front desk area is organized and equipped with necessary supplies. Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and office activities. Skills Proficiency in office management practices and procedures. Experience in the dental or medical field a plus. Familiarity with medical and/or dental terminology a plus. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality. Experience in practice management software a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills, to foster positive relationships with patients and staff. Willingness to work as a team member in a strongly supportive atmosphere.
