Job Summary:

AllerVie is seeking a Medical Front Desk Representative to support our clinic by offering excellent customer service to our patients. We are a great company looking for great people who want to be a part of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and administer patient check-in / check-out Schedule Appointments Answer incoming calls and address inquiries Collecting payment at the time of service or discussing payment arrangements Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs Supports clinic team with administrative tasks Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates a customer service mindset Previous experience in healthcare or medical fields a plus.
