This position supports our new in-office General Anesthesia expansion with a medical anesthesiologist. Patient volume is low and personalized — one patient at a time, averaging 5-8 patients per day. The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills, a positive attitude, strong multitasking abilities , and experience with dental insurance , including Medicaid. You will play a critical role in maintaining a full and confirmed schedule, managing pre-authorizations, discussing patient financials, and collecting payments prior to services.

Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with parents and patients in a professional, friendly manner both by phone and in person Schedule and confirm appointments Educate patients on treatment plans and financial responsibilities Verify insurance benefits accurately; communicate and collect patient payment obligations Maintain and manage patient records from initial paperwork through billing with accurate data entry Respond promptly to information requests Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy Perform additional related duties as assigned
