Schedule:
7:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday Hours per week: 40 Responsibilities Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the medical office, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently, maintaining accurate medical records. Handle phone inquiries and schedule appointments using EHR systems. Process medical collections and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide administrative support, including documentation review and data entry, while utilizing Microsoft Office tools. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in a medical office setting as a receptionist or in administrative support roles Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems Excellent patient service and customer service skills Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation review Familiarity with HIPAA regulations Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
