IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A MEDICAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST/CHECK-OUT TEAM MEMBER!
Come join our wonderful team in Thomaston! The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English, have previous medical office experience, familiar with medical terminology, referrals, scheduling, handle phone calls, faxing, scanning, and other duties as needed. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00. No major holidays, evenings or weekends. Qualifications Medical office experience with a strong understanding of medical terminology Bilingual in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with diverse patients Proficient in computer skills and familiar with EHR systems Excellent patient service and clerical skills, including handling multi-line phone systems Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical records management Strong organizational skills and experience in medical administrative support roles
