Role:

As a Pediatric Treatment Plan Coordinator , you’ll be the friendly face guiding families through their dental care journey. You’ll help explain treatment plans, schedule appointments, coordinate insurance benefits, and support our patients with a smile every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Review and present treatment plans to parents/guardians
• Educate families about costs, and timelines
• Explain benefits clearly
• Schedule follow-up visits and coordinate care with the clinical team
• Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional service

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a dental preferred (especially pediatrics!)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient, and kid-friendly
• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance a plus

Full-time Pay:

$22.00 – $26.00 per hour
