Responsibilities:
Receive and follow work schedule/instruction from the Administrator and as outlined, assist in interviewing resident/guardians and obtaining required information and signatures Admit, transfer, and discharge residents in accordance with established policies and procedures Abstract information from records as authorized/required for insurance companies Medicare etc. Meet social worker in hospital and develop a good working rapport with them, explain to the resident and or guardian , room rates, billing procedures, visitor/guest privileges, restrictions, residents care procedures etc. as appropriate Qualifications & Experience Requirements for
Hospital Liaison :
Previous Experience as a Hospital Liaison preferred Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License INDOP
