Additional duties will including scheduling office appointments and obtaining authorizations for diagnostics tests and referrals as needed. This is a patient-facing position, so you must enjoy working with people and be able to communicate clearly. Duties of Position These duties are not all inclusive as you may be asked to complete other duties as needed by the Practice Manager or Providers. Provide quality customer service to our Patients and coordinating facilities Have a strong understanding and work experience with insurance verification and understanding insurance authorizations Scheduling office appointments within specific parameters Efficiently file electronic medical records Ability to build rapport with referring facilities Management of patient messages by voicemail and patient portal Job Benefits Our office offers competitive benefits for our employees after an initial probationary period.
