Medical Secretary Rodash Dba Independent Lung Associates, PA 1314 Oak Street, Melbourne, FL 32901 Independent Lung Associates, Pa in Melbourne, FL is looking for a medical secretary to join our 38 person strong team. We are located on 1314 Oak Street. We have 3 other satellite offices. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working. Reliable transportation is a must. Traveling between offices is required. Responsibilities
- Greet patients when they arrive to office, check patients out after they are seen by a provider.
- Coordinate, schedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Ensure insurance information is completed and process payments as needed
- Process orders and medication orders as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications
- Experience working as a receptionist, medical office experience is a plus
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Ability to work towards a common goal with little supervision

Available shifts and compensation:
Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $17.00/hour.
