You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting management, daily operations, and assisting our Nurse Practitioner with medical documentation. Key Responsibilities Client Care:
Greet clients warmly and ensure a five-star experience
Scheduling & Calls:
Manage high-volume calls and bookings with excellent phone etiquette
Admin & Data:
Maintain client records, emails, and data entry
Manager Support:
Assist with scheduling, clerical tasks, and day-to-day operations
Medical Assistance:
Help with patient documentation and organization for our
Nurse Practitioner Spa Systems:
Use scheduling software (Boulevard or similar) to manage workflow
Expansion Support:
Assist in onboarding new procedures and systems as we grow Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) – preferred 2+ years of front desk or receptionist experience – REQUIRED Background in spa, medical spa, wellness, or hospitality preferred Skilled in client service, multitasking, and office organization Proficiency in scheduling software (Boulevard, Mindbody, Booker) Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
