BILINGUAL
(Spanish and English) professional with 5 years plus experience. Duties include but not limited to: Front Desk, check in, collect co-payments, data entry, scheduling appointments, answering HEAVY phones and taking messages. Insurance eligibility and verification. Scanning, faxing, updating medical data. 4-5 years’ experience in a Medical Practice with clinical, clerical training and medical terminology. Must display a caring and professional demeanor and be able to multi-task and handle interruptions with good judgement and attention to details. Ability to handle high volume work load independently with minimal amount of supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpretational skills. Ability to be flexible and work closely with patients, staff and physicians. Knowledge of insurance plans, billing concepts and guidelines CPT and ICD 10. Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Billing/Clinical EMR.
