The Dental Patient Coordinator is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in creating a positive and professional experience from the moment patients walk in or call. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills, as well as a passion for providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic start-up environment. Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, check and respond to any missed messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Ensure patient check-ins are efficient and complete.
  • Verify that all necessary patient paperwork is accurately completed.
  • Maintain a full and organized schedule by managing appointments and calling on re-cares.
  • Review and explain treatment plans with patients, ensuring understanding.
  • Discuss financial options with patients and provide guidance on payment plans.
  • Respond to phone inquiries related to treatment plans and options.
  • Respond promptly to appointment requests and inquiries.
  • Scan and file documents as required.
  • Confirm patient appointments when necessary.
  • Oversee the lobby area, ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming environment for patients.
