Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
• Schedule appointments for patients and ensure accurate documentation of appointments
• Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or fees
• Maintain patient records and update as necessary
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working in a medical office or similar setting preferred
• Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Please note that this position may require occasional evening or weekend shifts based on the needs of the clinic.
