Dental Front Office Leader Position Available In Collier, Florida

Dental Front Office Leader Naples Dentistry Inc. Naples, FL 34103 We are in need of a strong dental front office leader. You should understand and be able to perform all these tasks, and able to train and teach other front office staff and get them to work to the best of their ability. This includeds but not limited to: Understanding patient check in and out, how to properly make appointments, tratment planning and treatment presentation, reviewing payment options, able to talk money and actually collect. Understands all dental codes and when each are used. Able to effectively call and reactivate patients who have previously cancelled and or have slipped through the cracks. Being a front office leader is not a entry level position or for someone with limited dental front office experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 year DENTAL front office experiance, Bilingual Spanish prefered but not required. Have a track record of working and growing a fast paced office. Perform all aspects of dental front office duties. Being a effective front office leader is difficult and requires the right type of person, just because you have experience in the front of a dental office doesn’t mean you have what it takes.
