The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere in the clinic. Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments. Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with medical regulations. Assist with medical administrative support tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Process patient registrations and verify insurance information as needed. Handle medical collections and billing inquiries with professionalism. Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with patients and healthcare providers. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations within the clinic. Requirements Proven experience in an office or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with patients and staff. Familiarity with medical administrative support functions, including coding and medical collections. Proficient in using computerized systems for scheduling and record management. Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining confidentiality.
