Urology Care Team/Phone MA The Woodlands Medical Specialists in Pensacola is looking for a full-time Care Team/Phone Room MA for the Urology Care division to provide excellent care to patients visiting this growing practice.

Job Responsibilities:

• Appointment Scheduling
• Phone Triage
• Prescription Refills
• Surgery Scheduling
• Collaborating with physicians regarding patients’ plan of care
• Proficient with

EMR Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant required
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented
• Excellent organizational and people skills
• Excellent phone communication
• Ability to work independently
• Surgery scheduling preferred
• Prior urology experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• For this position, you will be paid starting at $18-$19.50/hour (Depending on experience)
• A schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Potential to showcase what you can do and potentially earn a permanent position after 600 hours.
