Healthcare Receptionist Sleep and Breathing Wellness Center Tampa, FL 33618 Job Overview We are a growing, patient-centered collaborative wellness practice focused on integrative care for sleep, breathing, and craniofacial health and development for all ages. Our team of dentists, myofunctional and oral motor therapists, occupational therapists, and postural physical medicine therapists share a mission: to empower whole-body healing through compassionate and comprehensive care. As our front desk receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our practice. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel supported, informed, and at ease throughout their care journey. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for collaborative team members. Maintain a clean and calming front office environment. Coordinate communication between patients and providers. Provide administrative support. Assist in maintaining smooth daily work flow. Ideal Candidate Possesses prior experience in a healthcare administrative support role or similar environment. Has a positive attitude and strong drive toward helping others. Friendly, empathetic, and organized. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with technology and electronic scheduling systems. Open to learning about integrative and holistic health modalities. Fluency in English/Spanish a plus but not required.
