We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to actively greet patients, collect accurate information, check in/out, arrange follow-up testing and schedule appointments by phone. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a medical office setting. Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain appointment calendars
• Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing and coding tasks
• Maintain electronic health records and ensure accurate documentation review
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
• Assist with medical administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
• Uphold patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Skills
• Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of clinic operations
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Knowledge of medical coding procedures is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Bilingual proficiency preferred
