Responsibilities:

The Perioperative Logger/ Biller under the direction of the Perioperative department managers is responsible for journaling the records of all procedures for the perioperative areas, assure complete and accurate billing , assists with monthly reports, assisting with scheduling and performs other secretarial duties. This is a Full Time, Day Shift position. We are looking for candidates who are open to work flexible shifts such as four 8- hour shifts Mon-Fri with a day off during the weekday, then 4 hours on a Saturday &/or Sunday.

Qualifications:

Education Post High School Special Training Licensure/Certification/Registration Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required Medical Terminology I & II required, Computer & Keyboard Skills required essential computer skills with medical terminology preferred some hospital scheduling and billing experience preferred
