Full Job Description Position Summary :

Member of the team who contributes with management of patients intake process and database, case management and excellent customer services. Assists our providers triaging patients, measuring vitals, and recording information on patients’ charts.

Position Responsibility:

1. Thoroughly and accurately record all elements of patient encounters, including but not limited to: history of present illness, past medical history, physical exam, taking vital signs and any patient discharge instructions such as prescriptions, outpatient referrals at check out, and follow-up appointments. 2. Verify patient insurance, pre-authorizations and oversee patients account. 3 . Maintain and complete patient charts in EMR system per protocol. This includes updating the system with any relevant information since the previous patient visit. 4 . Interacting with fellow employees in a way that promotes a harmonious and cooperative working environment. 5 . Learning and abiding by HIPAA guidelines. 6 . Patient scheduling. 7 . Answer and appropriately transfer calls. 8. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bilingual English and Spanish. High school graduated.
