We are looking for a medical front office specialist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact, the medical front office specialist is a vital part of our team, helping us provide outstanding care and customer service to our patients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet all patients visiting the office with a smile and helpful attitude
• Answering phone calls with a smile and helpful attitude
• Taking messages and communicating with clinical staff and providers for patient questions and needs and effectively communicating back to the patient
• Handling new patient requests
• Creating charts in the EMR for new patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in and out for appointments
• Updating demographic and insurance information in patient charts
• Collecting payments
• Providing patient paperwork appropriate to the appointment type
• Scanning and indexing documents into patient charts
• Faxing documents
• Handling medical records requests
• Adhering to HIPAA guidelines when handling patient information

Over the years, she discovered there is so much more to health than what is taught in medical school or delivered by the standard medical system and began an unending journey to learn as much as possible and challenge the status quo in pursuit of true health. In 2019, Dr. Willis became certified in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. That was the first major shift away from healthcare as usual and the results have been amazing! This provided even more motivation to pursue a better way. Eventually, the vision for the practice became so unique that Dr. Willis decided to establish a fully independent practice and now we are growing to meet remarkable demand.
