Handles a high volume of incoming calls. Collects and enters all necessary demographic, clinical, billing and insurance information from patients or responsible parties. Schedule, confirm, cancel and reschedule patient appointments Maintains electronic appointment schedule Exercises good judgment in seeking advice in circumstances where the schedule cannot accommodate client needs in a timely manner. Work Qualities Able to work well with co-workers, supervisors, and physicians. Able to communicate effectively. Respectful of patients, physicians, and employees. Ability to multitask.
