Role:

As our Coworking Catalyst , you’ll be the face of our coworking space and the heartbeat of our member experience. This role combines front desk coordination, community engagement, and light administrative work in a dynamic, people-first environment.
What You’ll Do:
Daily Operations:
Open and prepare the space: deactivate alarms, turn on lights/TVs/music Keep the kitchen, coffee station, and restrooms tidy and stocked Maintain clean, organized work and common areas throughout the day Monitor inbox and respond or forward emails professionally Oversee conference room reservations and ensure readiness
Member & Visitor Experience:
Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism Give tours, share brochures/pricing, and onboard new members Help with WiFi, printing, and building access when needed Respond promptly via phone, WhatsApp, and website chat
Lead Management:
Update and manage leads in HubSpot CRM Follow up via email and phone, send proposals and schedule tours Support conversions by building real relationships with prospects
Community & Events:
Host bi-weekly coffee chats and monthly networking events Coordinate event logistics (themes, decor, refreshments) Assist marketing with newsletters, blog posting, and outreach Keep the community feeling warm, inviting, and professional
Ongoing Weekly Tasks:
Water plants, manage mail and deliveries Ensure janitorial and maintenance standards are met Track coworking inventory and organize storage Collaborate across teams for smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, proactive, and highly organized Prior experience in reception, office coordination, or coworking spaces preferred Proficiency with Google Workspace, HubSpot CRM, and Excel Comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish (bilingual preferred) Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills Professional phone, email, and chat etiquette Passion for hospitality, people, and community building Able to work independently and manage time effectively Bilingual Communication (Spanish/English)
