If you’re looking to work in a practice that truly puts patients first, we want to hear from you. Job Summary We are seeking a Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience, from the first phone call to final checkout. Dental office experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates with strong customer service backgrounds who are eager to grow in the dental field. Responsibilities Patient Experience & Scheduling Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently Handle patient check-in and check-out with accuracy and care Help ensure a smooth and productive daily schedule Insurance & Billing Collect co-pays and account balances Present treatment costs and explain payment options clearly Submit insurance claims Administrative & Team Support Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix Support recall and reactivation efforts Help track and order office supplies Assist clinical team with occasional non-clinical tasks (e.g., seating patients, sterilization prep) Assist with administrative tasks (verifying benefits, follow up on claims, running reports)
Qualifications Required:
10+ years of customer service experience (dental, medical, or hospitality) Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized Technologically fluent•Comfortable with email, web-based platforms, and common office software; able to navigate multiple programs and windows simultaneously Comfortable learning dental software and terminology High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
