Dental Receptionist Perfect Smile and Implant Center Doral, FL 33172 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator/front desk/manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient care processes, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Coordinate patient treatment plans and schedules, ensuring timely appointments and follow-ups. Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling inquiries. Oversee vendor management, ensuring that all supplies and services are procured efficiently. Knows dental insurance in detail. Knows how to present a complete treatment plan to a patient working with dental insurances and financing options. Maintain calendar management for the treatment team, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed. Assist with payroll processing and clerical duties to support office operations. Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support in daily tasks. Organize events and activities that promote patient engagement and community outreach. Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred. Strong front desk experience with excellent customer service skills. Familiarity with vendor management practices is advantageous. Proficient in calendar management and organizational tasks. Experience with payroll processing is a plus. Knows dental insurance in detail. Knows how to present a complete treatment plan to a patient working with dental insurances and financing options.
Bilingual:
English and Spanish. Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Excellent event planning skills to coordinate successful activities for patients and staff. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
