Overview:
Our dental office is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently Manage phone calls, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service Verify insurance benefits and process claims Collect and process patient payments Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Assist with other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
