The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic and requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments. Maintain accurate medical records and patient information in compliance with health information management standards. Process patient billing and insurance claims, including Medicare, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Utilize dental office management systems such as Eaglesoft for scheduling and record-keeping. Assist in managing the flow of patients within the clinic, coordinating with dental staff as needed. Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Experience Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred. Familiarity with medical billing processes and health information management systems is advantageous. Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for effective communication with patients and insurance providers. Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
