Duties and responsibilities must include prior knowledge of scheduling, verifying insurances, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. A successful receptionist should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the supervisor should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

General Accountabilities:

Answers current patients calls. Schedules or reschedules appointments. Answers New Patient Intake Calls. Enters information and attaches paperwork in the EMR system, accurately. Greets New and Current Patients in a professional and friendly manner. Manages patient schedule. Responsible for collecting Copay, Deductible and Co- Insurance payments from patients and reconcile every morning.
