Medical Receptionist Kidz Choice Pediatrics 3661 South Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33133 Our company’s Receptionist is responsible for providing a high level of service to all visitors to our medical center. This includes greeting patients in a warm and friendly manner, answering any incoming calls and handling patient inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Other responsibilities include managing access to the center, checking-in patients and handling general office tasks.

Responsibilities:

Answer telephone calls in a pleasant and helpful way. Answer questions about the office. Schedule patients’ appointments. Provide information to doctors, nurses, and other staff members. Fax documents to other offices. Assist patients as needed during appointments. Help patients fill out forms. Calm nervous patients.
