Plastic Surgery front desk receptionist Confidential Miami, FL Job Details Full-time $16 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Bilingual Spanish Google Suite Customer service Medical office experience English Communication skills Entry level Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs clerical and administrative functions such as customer service and record keepingCompleting facility paperwork and ensure that all documents have been signed, completed and before the surgery. Responsible for Interviewing and Obtaining/Verifying clients informationProvide excellent Customer Service, ensuring that client unique needs are meet. Answer incoming calls from patientsScheduling patients Pre-op, Post-op Consults Calling and Emailing to confirm all appointmentsNeeds to participate in practice marketing. Review patient’s medications and health history to determine pre-admission testing.
Schedule appropriate medical and cardiac clearances. Collects surgical fees.
Coordinates with clinical staff to get information for all patients. Documents and maintains all correspondence with patientsExcellent follow up skills Able to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize them wellFlexible working hours-willing to assist others when needed Assist the surgeons with consultationsOther duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bilingual in English and Spanish Needs to demonstrate ability to engage with patients. Detail oriented and with excellent communication skills. Must have a professional appearance that represents our upscale practice. Proficient in Mac and Google Suite.
