Pediatric Clinic Medical Receptionist Position Available In Okaloosa, Florida

Pediatric Clinic Medical Receptionist Beachside Pediatric Associates Pa Niceville, FL 32578 Rapidly growing and very successful pediatric clinic in Niceville, FL, is looking for a highly qualified medical receptionist who enjoys interacting with children of all ages and their parents. This applicant must have at least 2 years of medical reception work experience. This applicant must also be a multitasker, able to welcome patients for their daily appointments while also answering phones to book appointments and register patients. Other requirements for the job include: 1. Experience with AthenaOne medical record software. 3. Proper phone and reception etiquette when greeting patients at the clinic and when speaking on the phone with parents. 3. Be comfortable collecting important demographic and insurance information for each patient being registered, collecting and maintaining accurate records, checking insurance eligibility, speaking with insurance companies about patient benefits and reimbursements, collecting patient payments and understanding HIPPA compliance. This is a full-time position, M-F, 8am-5pm, with PTO for vacation and personal time, employer match for a 401K retirement plan and a generous wage.
