Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of the dentist’s time. Manage patient records, including updating medical history and insurance information. Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism, providing excellent customer service. Process payments and manage billing inquiries as needed. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication. Present Treatment Plans and Financing Options to Patients Skills Strong patient service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere. Experience in scheduling, particularly within a dental setting. Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients. Knowledge of clinic operations and familiarity with medical records management. Previous experience as a dental receptionist is required.
