SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
? This job is ideal for someone with clear communication skillsboth written and verbal. You will be the first point of interactionpatients have with our office. You will be The Ambassador of FirstImpressions! ? Our office is State of the Art. So you will need a strong comfortwith Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for easy scheduling ofpatient appointments, entering new Patient Demographics, verifyingmedical Insurance coverage and processing priorauthorizations/referrals. ? Excellent Customer Service on the phone and in person. Whenworking the front desk you will greet all patients in a way thatprovides a welcoming environment as they enter the office. ? Basic office/clerical tasks including data entry, use of officeequipment such as fax, scanner, copier and printer.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma is required. If you have 2+ years of experiencein as a Medical/Healthcare Receptionist and love providing helpfulservices to patients on a daily basis then this is the job foryou.
