Applicant must have:

• Excellent organizational as well as verbal and written communication skills.
• Good multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
• Great customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic
• Must be polite and professional in demeanor.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks software a plus. The basic job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Scheduling patient appointments for multiple providers.
• Routing phone calls/handling multiple lines.
• Patient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Data input.
• Payment processing.
• Must be able to pass Florida Level II Background Screening.
