Join our vibrant dental family at our Boca Raton headquarters! We’re seeking a detail-oriented Dental Insurance Coordinator to support our growing team behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

Verify and submit PPO dental insurance claims Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve discrepancies Input and manage insurance information accurately using Open Dental (preferred) Communicate with insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursements Collaborate with our internal team to streamline insurance processes

What You Bring:

At least 1 year of experience working with PPO dental insurance Proficiency with dental software (Open Dental experience is a plus!) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A team-player attitude and excellent communication skills
