We seek a team member to manage the front desk for excellent compensation and benefits in a new, fast-growing dermatology practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling patient appointments Checking patients in and out Answering phones Verifying patients’ insurance Answering patient questions Must be a quick learner with new online applications Must have experience in a medical office, preferably dermatology Required Skills Ability to listen to and gain the confidence of patients. Meticulous attention to detail. Team player with high energy. Strong sense of professionalism, courtesy, and respect for customers and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments in an organized fashion. Fluent in English, with excellent writing and grammatical skills.
