Excellent phone etiquette and professional behavior.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer telephones, schedule appointments, confirm appointments, check in/check out.
• Verify patient’s insurance eligibility and brake down of benefits.
• Prepare and present treatment plans.
• Take vital signs, panoramic x-rays/CT, scan will train
• Able to assist patients with financing options, insurance questions.
• Working with 3rd Party Lenders Care Credit to facilitate payment options for patients.
• Proficient with dental practice management softwares.

Comply with all Safety, Emergency, Hazard, OSHA, HIPAA, Clinical, Quality Assurance and Administrative Plans, Policies, Guidelines, Protocol, and Standards Requirements for

Position:

Prior dental office experience required (2 Years minimum). knowledge and use of Dental terminology (CDT). Prior experience working with dental insurances and presenting treatment plans.
