We are seeking a candidate that is dependable, motivated, multi-tasked and a team player with a pleasant manner and a “can do approach”. The detail oriented candidate must have good computer skills necessary for our EHR office. The preferred candidate would also have a solid work ethic and strong management skills to reinforce and strengthen our front desk to ensure a pleasant patient experience. HIPPA, OSHA

is a must. Intergy practice management system and ModMed/EMA experience would be a great plus. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Check out (collect copays, deductibles, and coinsurance) Check In Insurance verification (must have knowledge of insurance benefits and how they apply to medical visits). Answer busy phones, schedule appointments, and confirm appointments Triage patient phone calls Data entry, Medical scanning/Medical Records Referrals General office duties Working knowledge of medical terminology, ICD10 & CPT Knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

1 year of experience in a busy medical office and have knowledge with the above responsibilities.
