• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Take patient medical histories and record vital signs
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
• Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records
• Perform basic medical coding and billing tasks
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
• Provide patient education on medication usage and post-care instructions
• Assist with basic life support procedures if necessary “`Requirements“`
• Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic medical procedures
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and healthcare providers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
