Employee is responsible for reports, daily schedule MRI scans and exceptional customer service. Effective communication and technology skills are priority. This position is located in Boca Raton , FL Weekday, Monday-Friday, 12pm-8pm. Scheduling incoming, outbound requests in a timely manner; enter insurance information correctly, assist with various center duties. Must be able to have a flexible schedule and willing to assist with weekend coverage when needed. Must be dependable, able to multitask with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Strong multi-tasking, planning, organization and execution skills with computers and heavy phone volume Select the correct patient medical record number with accuracy. Utilize appropriate method/tool to communicate with offices and departments as necessary Verify patient demographics and Insurance to ensure information is accurate. Flexibility to adapt to changing environment and different learning styles Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. Must be eligible to pass state agency Background Screening (fingerprints required prior to start). Computer Knowledge in Patient data entry & Information Systems. Experience with MRI outpatient scheduling, a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Computer skills with emphasis on accuracy of patient demographic information. Proficiency with various Microsoft Windows products and Medical systems. Knowledge of Medical Terminology. Strong multi-tasking, organization skills and the ability to work independently as well with a team within the department.
