Job Description In this role, you will assist patients with portal registration, upcoming appointment preparation/paperwork, and troubleshooting issues with the patient portal. Responsibilities Assist patients with portal registration. Prepare paperwork for upcoming appointments. Troubleshoot issues with the patient portal. Essential Skills Medical terminology Customer service Front desk operations Health care administrative support Patient registration Medical reception Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service skills Technology skills Previous experience with eClinical Works (eCW) preferred Medical terminology experience preferred Work Environment 100% onsite in a Pediatric Clinic for the duration of a 2-month project.
