Medical Receptionist Noble Center For Health & Healing Boca Raton, FL 33431 Join Our Team! Noble Center for Health & Healing is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Medical Receptionist to become a key part of our wellness-centered practice. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a warm, friendly environment and loves connecting with people.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00

PM What You’ll Do:

Greet patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls with confidence and clarity Schedule appointments efficiently (Experience with Charm EHR is a plus, but not required) Manage patient flow and ensure a positive front desk experience Engage with patients regarding wellness products and support product sales Assist with administrative tasks as needed
