Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a medical office setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Duties:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or payments
• Maintain patient records and update information as needed
• Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
