The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent patient care in a fast paced medical office environment. Looking for a warm and friendly professional with billing and coding experience and proficient with ModMed.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and compassion. Schedule appointments and manage calendars across multiple providers verify insurance benefits and collect copayments Accurately enter patient information into EMR system Assist with medical billing and coding (ICD-10, CPT) Submit claims, follow up on denials, and process payments Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality

Requirements:

3+ years experience in medial office preferably Opthomology Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding Proficient with MODMED, NextGen Excellent communication and multitasking skills Travel to the 3 offices Boca on Monday, Stuart on Tuesday and Palm Beach Gardens Wed-Friday
