Provide support during examinations by preparing necessary equipment and assisting healthcare providers as needed. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans, appointment reminders, and any necessary follow-up care. Experience Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred, with a focus on front desk operations or clinical support roles. Familiarity with medical billing processes is advantageous. Knowledge of ophthalmology or optometry is a plus but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
