• Summary:

• Responsible for performing general clerical and communication duties of an assigned unit. Cross trained as a monitor tech who is responsible for identifying normal rhythms/dysrhythmias and lethal arrhythmias, reporting these findings to the appropriate personnel and labeling and mounting rhythm strips.

• Required certification and licensure includes HUC (Health Unit Coordinator). Required skills includes performing, interpreting and understanding EKG tests.
