We are looking for a talented and dedicated team member with responsibilities in greeting patients, screening patient calls, etc. Dental knowledge, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and good computer skills are required traits in this fast pace role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Communicating with patients in person, over the phone, or through email.
• Answer dental-related questions for patients
• Able to verify dental insurance quickly and efficiently.
• Help and resolve scheduling appointments, insurance, and billing issues.
• Copy, file, print, or fax documents.
• Receive courier (UPS/FedEx, USPS, etc) packages

Pay:

$18.00

• $21.
