Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process. Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare providers. Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date in the systems. Assist with the preparation of care plans and documentation as needed. Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing information. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient service. Manage office supplies and maintain a clean, organized front desk area. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Familiarity with hospital or healthcare environments is preferred. Proficient in office systems and software; experience with Eaglesoft is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Strong attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
